What is the delivery time of my order?

We offer Same Day Shipping for orders placed before 15.00. The delivery date depends on your location as this differs depending on the carrier. Once your order is shipped, however, you receive a track and trace code to track your shipment.

Can I alter or cancel my order?

Changing your order is unfortunately not possible. Cancelling your order is only available
soon after placing your order. To cancel your order, please contact us on: +31 (0) 512 57 00

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders above 50 € in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For orders under 50 € you pay shipping costs. The shipping costs vary depending on the country and will be displayed once you’ve entered your address in the ordering process.

Can I have my order shipped to a collection point?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have your order delivered to a collection point at this time.
